Before submitting a full paper, please complete the copyright form according to below instruction:

1. Submission Link: https://app.oxfordabstracts.com/stages/80431/submitter 

2. Title, Abstract and category Insert your title and abstract accordingly, and select the category. (**please limit your abstract within 250 words**)

3. Authors and Affiliations

Please insert the author information accordingly: title, first name (名), last name (姓)

For presenting author, please tick 4 boxes as showing below, for rest authors, please tick the 3 boxes.

4. Author Approval and Author will attend

Please confirm the Author Approval and Author will attend

5. Upload the full paper and signed copyright into the system before  13 February 2026.

6. Ensure that all the necessary information is completed before click on "SUBMIT".

7.  Make a second or third submission

The submitted full papers will be reviewed by the Conference's Technical Programme Committee. Authors will receive the notification by email of acceptance or rejection of the full paper on 16 March 2026. If no email is received after the notification date, please check your junk email inbox or log in to the submit system to confirm the status of your paper. Successful, authors will be invited to attend and present their paper at the ACDC 2024 conference.
