IET ACDC is a long established and highly respected international
conference on AC and DC power transmission. Under the global challenges
of environment and energy, we hope to help find solutions to achieve better,
more secure and reliable energy systems. Untill now, 17 editions of the conference have been held, originally running in Europe. In 2016, co-organized with Tsinghua
University and supported by various organizations both in China and abroad, IET
China introduced ACDC to China, and organized the 12th edition in
Beijing. Since then, ACDC has been held alternately between China and Europe.
