About RPG
The International Conference on Renewable Power Generation
(RPG) is one of the IET's most successful international events. Until now, 11 editions
of the conference have been held, originally running in China in 2013. Since
then, RPG has been held alternately between Asia and Europe, since both
continents are seeing a major deployment of renewable power generation.
RPG conference in China
The RPG International Conference provides an
international platform for experts, scholars and enterprises in the field of
renewable energy to gather here every year for academic and technical sharing
and discussion, so as to promote the development of the industry.
Although COVID-19 has caused much
disruption and travel restrictions, RPG 2021 went ahead virtually via multiple
media platforms, and attracted over 2,000 public viewers globally.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, RPG 2021 was held online, co-organizer with North China Electric Power University. The conference attracted over 200 delegates from 11 countries and over 3000 live streaming viewers and 182 paper accepted finally.
Co-organized with
Shanghai Jiaotong University, RPG 2019 was successfully held on 24&25
October 2019 in Shanghai, with more than 450 delegates on site and 431 paper
accepted finally.
