Before submitting a full paper, please complete the copyright form according to below instruction:

Full paper submission process

1. Click here to log into the full paper submission system

2. The status of " full paper submission" indicates that your abstract has been accepted.

3. Follow the instruction in the screenshot to complete the full paper submission.

4. Title, Abstract and category will be generated automatically if you submitted the abstract. (**please limit your abstract within 200 words**)

5. Authors and Affiliations

Please insert the author information accordingly: title, first name (名), last name (姓)

For presenting author, please tick 4 boxes as showing below, for rest authors, please tick the 3 boxes.

6. Author Approval and Author will attend

Please confirm the Author Approval and Author will attend

7. Upload the full paper and signed copyright into the system before 16 June 2023.

8. Ensure that all the necessary information is completed before click on "SUBMIT".

The submitted full papers will be reviewed by the Conference's Technical Programme Committee. Authors will receive the notification by email of acceptance or rejection of the full paper on 10 Jul. 2023. If no email is received after the notification date, please check your junk email inbox or log in to the submit system to confirm the status of your paper. Successful authors will be invited to attend and present their paper at the RPG 2023 conference.
