How to attend the conference /如何参加RPG 2023 会议

Dear All RPG 2023 Delegates/尊敬的RPG 2023 参会作者,

As the conference is getting closer, I am writing to send you some detailed information about the conference programme. All authors who have report to do (both poster and oral) should follow the procedure below to complete your presentation.

会议临近,特此向您分享一些关于会议的具体操作流程及说明。所有文章作者(海报展示或口头报告)需要按照以下汇报流程完成您在此次会议上的文章展示。

Conference date & venue

RPG 2023 will take place on 14-15 October at Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel (address: Shanghai Municipality Shanghai, 719Ying Chun Road, Pudong New Area, 200135). IET will not take care any of your travel and accommodation, which need to be reserved and covered by yourself.

RPG 2023会议将于20231014-15日,于上海淳大万丽酒店举办(酒店地址:浦东新区,迎春路719号,上海,200135)。IET不提供酒店住宿及到达会场用车服务,请各位作者自行合理安排住宿及行程。

Reporting Procedure

There must be at least one author to attend the conference physically, no online presentation option.

所有文章均必须至少有一名作者现场参会,本次会议不提供线上参会渠道。

·       Oral Presentation口头报告

1.      Check above online conference programme, find your session room accordingly and get prepared in time.

查看上方会议日程,根据您口头报告的时间和相应的主题,在会议开始前进入相应会议室准备

2.      The session chair will introduce you and then please make your speech on stage within 15 mins (including Q & A).

在分会场主席简单介绍后,上台进行15分钟口头汇报(包含答疑时间)。

3.      You need to be there and answer other delegates’ questions at your speech slot.

汇报结束后针对作者提出的疑问进行答疑

 

·       Poster Presentation Reporting Procedure 海报展示

1.      Prepare and print out the poster before conference, and take the poster to conference.

请各位作者在会前自行打印海报,并携带参会。

2.      Poster display room locates on 4th floor in Yangtze room 2, please put up your poster during 08:00-09:00 on 14 October. Delegate may view the posters during the Refreshment Break during the two-conference day.

海报展示厅位于4楼扬子厅2,请在1014日上午0800-0900期间张贴您的海报。为期两天的会议中,请在茶歇及会议间隙进入海报展示厅,针对参会人员提问进行答疑。

3.      Your poster will be displayed during the two days.

会议两天内将持续进行海报展示

4.      Answer questions in time

请及时回答来自其他参会人员的提问

2. How to require a participation certificate? 如何获取参会证明

To require a participation certificate, please email your registration ID to event@theiet.org.cn for the official participation certificate.

如需参会证明,请在会后,将会议注册码(SN number)发送至event@theiet.org.cn 索取正式参会证明。

 

3. Can I invite other co-authors to attend the conference? 是否可以邀请他人参会

Only registered users are allowed to participate in the meeting and communicate with the speaker.  Keynote on the plenary sessions will be livestreamed.

为保证注册人员的参会权利,只有注册缴费人员可以参加会议并与参会嘉宾进行交流。我们将对主旨报告部分进行直播。直播链接待定

 

4. What included in the delegate pack? 参会代表袋中包含:

·        Delegate badge as your conference pass

参会代表证,代表证是您的参会凭证,请在会议期间妥善保管
