Registration

*The above pricing also applies to delegates who would like to present their paper at the conference but do not require the IET to publish the paper in the conference proceeding (hereafter referred to as “Presenter”)

• The presenter does not need to submit the paper to IET and it will not go through the review process.
• The presenter’s name and affiliation, title of presenting paper will appear on the event programme (upon registration) but will NOT be included in the conference proceeding.
• When the registration system opens, please register and make a note in the “remark” column re the title of your presenting paper , the format of your presentation (oral or poster) and leaving the paper ID column blank. If no paper title is provided by the registration deadline, a presentation slot (oral presentation) or a poster board space (poster presentation) cannot be guaranteed.

*The above pricing also applies to delegates who would like to attend the conference with no paper and no presentation to give (hereafter referred to as “Attendee”).

• Attendees need to register by the deadline 
• When registering please leave the paper ID column blank

Notice to authors

Please note each paper must have at least one author registered by Friday, 14 April 2017. Papers with additional contributing authors registering will be required to pay the standard conference fee.

Any paper that does not have at least one author registered by Friday, 14 April 2017 will be withdrawn from the conference proceedings.

The author must be present at the conference to present the submission either orally or by poster presentation. Papers that are not presented will not feature on Inspec, the IET Digital Library or be indexed on IEEE Xplore.

Please include your paper reference number when registering.

The registration fee entitles the attendee to the following:

• Attend all the conference sessions 
• Participate in the discussions 
• Visit the exhibition and poster sessions 
• Receive the USB including the conference proceedings upon arrival at the conference 
• The delegate bag handed out upon registration 
• Morning and afternoon refreshments and lunches on 13-14 May 2017.
