How to attend conference (guideline)
As the conference is getting closer, I am writing to send you some detailed information regarding the conference programme.
The conference will take place on 12-15 July at Primus Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao (address: No. 100, Lane 1588, Zhuguang Road, Xujing Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai, China). Please arrange your travel and accommodation in advance.
All authors who have report to do (both poster and oral) should follow the procedure (as attached below) to complete your presentation.

For Oral Presentations
1.
The presenter needs to create a
PPT Slides, save the PPT Slides in PDF format and upload to the registration
system before 30 June 2024.
2.
Check the above online
conference programme, find your session room accordingly and get prepared in
time. Each author is given 15 mins (including Q& A) for the Oral
Presentation. Please make sure your can finish your presentation within the
time limits.
For Poster Presentation,
please put up your poster on 12 July (whole day) or 13 July (from 08:00-08:30) on 13 July at the Primus Grand Ballroom C on 2F. All delegates can check and communicate on the Posters during the two days.
